Scenario:
user notes that he cannot reconnect in debugger mode because it says some one else is in that ID in debugger mode. Noted by the user is that when he gets disconnected (for what ever reason) when in debugger mode and then tries to reconnect, it notes the problem. To clear the issue it is mandatory to DOWN-CACHE CLEAR-BOOT (I call this overall process DCB) the involved AppServer and ProcessSchedulerServer.

This happens frequently because the user (developer) is constantly leaving his station while in debugger mode. DUH!

PS App is FINANCIALS & SPRO (if you know what that is) V8.8
PS Tools = V8.6
Platform for servers = AIX UNIX V5.2

Any hints here other than nailing the user's foot to the floor!
