 Question single sign-on for HRMS and FSCM

We have users who are HRMS as well as FSCM users. We want to have a single sign-on for both aplications, so that when a new user is created or modified it will be executed on both at the sametime instead of doing it seperatly.

Does anyone have any idea on to acomplish that?
